My sample is Cobalt ferrite and then strontium is doped.
This is due to occupying tetra and octa sites during substitution (better than doping).

You mean the size of the crystal lattice or the size of the crystals?
The size of the crystal lattice will change according to Vegards rule upon doping.
The size of crystals is rather serendipous, I would say.
