Why cobalt ferrite particles are not settling while washing centrifuge by co precipitation method i am using speed 9000 rpm and time i kept for 90min?

i am making cobalt ferrite using co precipitation method chemicals used as Cocl2.6H2O and FeCl3.6H2O and added NaoH at 60 degre celcius and i incresed to 80 degree i kept for aging in room temperature .and i washed the precipitate with centrifuge with deionised water at 9000rpm and 90 min time still the solution is having particles?
