Why can't we perfect source side switching at mosfet ?

I am practically observed on mosfet source side switching is not perfect then drain side switching so what is best Technics to implemented on source side switching by giving signals directly at mosfet high side 3phase inverter stage controlling.

Probably source side switching has gate drive complications, since, source is not at ground or common zero level complex gate drive circuits are involved in such topology
