First of all, it is seemingly impossible to contact RG and get a response. Pretty telling and embarrassing for a company.
I tried to contact them because for a long time I've been unable to follow new people on this platform. At some point, it just stopped working.
When I click on "Follow" a small pop-up saying "You are now following this researcher" comes up but when I check I still don't follow that person. The same "Follow" button is still there in its dark blue form.
Any one else also experiencing this?
Just figured it out. You have a limited number of followers (not sure what that is). Unfollow a few people and then you will be able to follow again!
Where did you find this information? Why would say do this? I am following 300-ish people and you even less. These are not high numbers.
Thanks for letting me know but I kind of want to follow the people I follow. Very odd choice from ResearchGate.
