Can you please copy the dump custom line of your script?

In the meantime, please check the lammps version in your computer and the one installed on Stampede. Are they the same? If not it is likely that you have some change of syntax between the two versions.

OK. So the line in question is 

dump_modify 1 format "%10d %5d %20.10E %20.10E %20.10E" sort id

Is there any reason why you want the id printed in a 10 digit integer? For instance, your system has 14400 particles, so why 10 digits?

Why don't you try

dump_modify 1 format "%d %d %20.10E %20.10E %20.10E" sort id

Now, there is another possible reason why it runs on a computer and not on another. If LAMMPS version is the same, then compilation settings may be bothering your run.

Atom and molecule IDs are stored internally as 4-byte or 8-byte signed integers, depending on how LAMMPS was compiled.

Since it is expecting the integer value in the specified command avoid using float value.(Say for example use 1 rather than 1.0).
