If You choose the "Low mass range mode" a mass range from 50-1700 m/z should be available.

To my knowledge for Agilent 6200 Series TOF and 6500 Series Q-TOF LC/MS Systems there are three mass range modes available:

• Low (1,700 m/z)

• Standard (3,200 m/z)

• High (20,000 m/z) - The mass range of 20,000 m/z is only available

for Accurate-Mass TOF and Q-TOF instruments.

Mr. Gruber is correct, the low mass range will allow going to 50 as the low end.
