I\ve met him in Jerusalem, at his Institute. I've met also Young adults with Down syndrome ; perfectly normal, speaking several languages.

It is true, the Down syndrom people are not to be found in universities. But this is a general problem for people with disabilities; they are not properly educate to cope with their problem cut also, the govenements do not care actually about them, despite their declarations.
