I am doing a research about endometriosis-associated ovarian cancer and focus on whole exome sequencing data. While I am doing literature review to find the clinical data and whole exome database, I realized that I need to contact the author to get the raw data. Could someone reccomend me the database for whole exome sequencing that open for public? I need clinical data of the patients as well.

Most of the clinical data are confidential, not open to public. If in the literature u didnt find any depository of the raw reads, probably there are no such database. N ya that make sense when it comes to human clinical raw data are made inaccessible to avoid misinterpretation. Anyway u can request to the corresponding author if you required any

But is there any database website for exome sequencing, similar like TCGA or GEO, I couldn't find my disease interest in TCGA or GEO. Do you perhaps have any suggestions for exome database?
Interesting question for which we have no answer as no data base is available about exome sequencing, keep pm reading research paper to find a clue. You may be the first to develop a E S D B. GOOD LUCK
