I saw where several people from kirkuk university had visited soon after that but have not connected with him through LinkedIn or email since then. I'm not sure if he gave it a thorough read or not or is just not interested in it's approach to the problems of PT.

I myself think it makes sense, much sense, but I have not the means to validate his numbers.
