A PhD is not about what you know, but what you have accomplished in research. It can't be earnt through exams, only after years of carefully research and academic writing. The problem is not the lack of accreditation, it's just doesn't sound like a real PhD.
On the Examinations page of the website, I would like to add a requirement where the PhD student is required to author, then submit, a thesis about temporal consequence modification, entropy reversal, and quantum temporal physics.
