For pollution or global warming or for any such problem, people will blame government and government will blame people. Who should actually take responsibility in solving such problems?
It is the duty of every individual and from every cross section of the society. "Every drop of water makes the mighty ocean". So every body should do their might to keep the environment clean. Common man / public; bureaucracy and politicians have their own responsibility and role to play. Blaming others is just to shrug away ones responsibility.
Analyzing the current situation lot of problem going in our nation. i said Government is not support the under poverty and lower class and middle class peoples they are support only upper class so this is major problem from our government . we will see peoples side they put vote for money so unqualified and uneducated peoples occupying the higher position
Now Conclusion is when each and every human being have responsible our society and nation then only change everything until its continues for peoples criticize to government and government blame to people.....
so My opinion is Now Youngster should be have more responsibility and awareness about our society .....

Every individual is responsible for solving environmental issues. Come to think of it, these environmental issues emanates from the actions of each individual hence taking up responsibility, managing your activities as an individual goes a long way in solving environmental problems.
I think solving environmental issues should be a duty of every person. It is the responsibility of us that we think about our environment.First of all we give information to all youngsters that why is environment is important for all living beings. Many of them know about but the problem is that no one cares about the environment. We celebrated environment day and many other days but just after we forget. As Jelena Lukić say that willingness and effort of every human being there can be a good results.
First of all the questions should be more specific and clear one. This because if we speak for global warming main responsibility belongs to governmental reforms, law enforcement and lack of mitigation measures implemented by companies/business.
If we address the roads pollution/garbage the responsibility belongs to citizens and again if we address the air pollution the responsibility belongs to governments. Thus specific topics have different responsibilities. Anyway, we can not exclude our self from being responsible!
Environmental issues should be considered at a micro-, meso-, and macro- scales of references. Human intervention to all scales plays a decisive role to ensure that environmental protection is a shared responsibility of humanity. Of course the carrying capacity of environmental sources is also a natural mechanism of environmental remediation, but it is humans' shared responsibility to consume, behave, act, and appreciate natural sources under a conscious (sustainability) proactive, no (detrimental) post-treatment, perception.
All societal members. However, conservation agencies must take the lead by involving all the stakeholders in environmental issues, especially the traditional authorities in the local communities.
A collective effort is required for solving environment related problems. Every indvidual must contribute in this noble cause. The government must frame policies so as to reduce environmetal emissions. The use of sustainable technologies can be quite beneficial that can be promoted through research and dvelopment activities. The corporates should also take initiatives in this regard. In overall, we as human beings must act resposibly at local and international levels.
When the reserves of fossil fuel will terminate (hoping that the Earth will prevail) then the real process of environmental protection will start. By then, we will see food in trees, earth and the sea which we will not be able to consume, as predicted by some people who were close to God.
In my opinion, EVERYONE should actively participate in solving environmental problems. Why to just blame the government or environmentalists?
We live in this society, we breathe in the air (although polluted these days), we utilize the water for drinking and other purposes, so, we are equally responsible for our milieu and the problems that are there!
“Who should take major responsibility in solving environmental problems - people (individual, group) or state? "
In principle, all and every one. State (state administration) and society (local government). Primarily, political decision-makers (government, state apparatus) and economic ones (financiers, management boards of corporations). Shaping ecological awareness is the task of education that performs it well. Nevertheless, ecological awareness alone is not enough. The most important are economic factors. Care for environmental cleanliness must pay for everyone. For some people for financial reasons, for others because of other reasons (moral, religious). And for everyone because of biological survival - his own, his family, society and human species. For now, especially for the big corporations it pays to destroy the environment, For them, economics is more important than ecology. In addition, ecologists usually lose the fight with concerns and politicians associated with them. On the other hand, it is difficult to realize the idea of responsible development, ecological and any other responsibility, because it progresses quickly the atrophy of responsibility. More and more people behave and act irresponsibly and avoid responsibility, regardless of social position, education and other subjective factors. Concrete, individual, personal and subjective responsibility disappears. Instead, it develops a relative, abstract, collective, anonymous and objective responsibility. Objective factors, not subjective ones, technical devices, experts or advisers, the system, etc., rather than a specific person, are made responsible for decisions. The higher position someone takes, the less he is responsible for his decisions. Consequently, all are responsible for everything, that is, no one is responsible for anything.
Yes it is everyone's responsibility but there are some key stakeholders who should be at the center of the process. I think if the Government put in place proper guidelines and Regulations and adhere to those it is much easier for the rest stakeholders to observe and follow on the same. If the Government is loose then the Communities will also be loose.
Generally, we have all made immense negative contributions to escalate environmental problems even the gigantic climate change. It could have been through ignorance, non-chalant attitude or lack of policy enforcement
The solutions equally lies in a general effort by everyone to make positive contributions through attitude change, awareness, policy enforcement and responsiveness. However, our level of contributions to these problems vary. The companies, stakeholders who explore the environmental resources should pay more.
Every person who knows the value of environment should take responsibility in solving environmental problems. By making people aware who don't know about the value and importance of the environment, one can improve the conditions. Mostly every human being knows the value of environment and they are aware too, but not conscious enough. There is lot of difference between awareness and consciousness. Consciousness is implementing what you know. Awareness is just knowing about the problem and solution but not implementing it.
Other aspects that directly or indirectly determine the achievement of sustainability in material science and energy field are the pursuing of circular economy, the scaling-up of materials technologies, the recycling of reused (thus degraded) materials, and the recovery of precious materials from aqueous sources and industrial wastes.
I think most valuable persons who can tackle these problems are researchers by inovating environment friendly sustanable and cheaper technologies. By creating techniques for recycling and processing the waste.
Government and private authorities by framing environment friendly policies.
Encouraging the people working for these goals.
Marketing people and advisors should convense greedy investor to invest for environment friendly techniques and research.
Everyone should do whatever smallest possible thing one can do for environment.
Current Youngster must be need more responsibility our society it is only possible for society peoples and Experience peoples properly guide in the way of self responsibility development about our society..........
