Being curious, I looked at your questionnaire.. I could only see the first two pages, and in those two pages there was nothing that appeared to me to related to "determining" or "measuring" individual innovativeness, apart from questions about individuals as such... I also wondered how you were going to relate the answers elicited in the first 2 pages of 3, to actual "individual innovativeness".

It is known that innovation is key to economic development. Innovation is basically driven by innovative people. The II result will be associated to some key important profile data of respondent. The results of the evaluation will also be compared to the competitiveness index of countries. If i could get huge volume of responses from various countries the better. The risk of having respondents not seriously filling it up is high and the challenge is how to secure those from around the globe.
I am contemplating of reducing the type of respondents (example senior engineering students, new education graduates, etc) so that a collaborator from other countries can gather that data and compare it with other country data. And from there we can look at the circumstances that made them more innovative or similarly innovative than other countries.
