Who is willing to share a plasmid with Gram-positive optimized luxABCDE operon?

Dear all, in the past Perkin Elmer used to sell the pXen5 plasmid for this purpose. This item is not available anymore and I am looking for this or an equivalent plasmid with Gr+ optimized rbs and shuttle from E. coli.
