In order to publish an article which Publisher is faster? Elsevier, Springer, Taylor & Francis, Hindawi, etc?
It would seem to depend on the specific journals, as each publisher has some journals that have a faster turnaround time than others.\
To state the obvious, open access publishers are faster than the traditional hard copy publishers.

Speed can also be determined in terms of the time taken until a first editorial decision, the time to reach a decision on a revised version, the time to publication after acceptance of a paper and after the page proofs have been checked.
All of these affect the time to publication.
It is difficult to beat the speed to publication of many Open Access journals.
From all my experiences , I have to say high impact factor Elsevier journals
Speed in publication depends on the journal, Managing Editor, Editor-in-Chief, reviewers, editorial support staff, and whether the publisher is Open Access.
