As per my knowledge Ansys can't carry out RBF tests as it is dynamic test. You may like to used dedicated fatigue solvers.

Both of ANSYS and Abaqus can simulate such problem.

i'm sorry Mr. Ajeet Babu Kumar Parasumanna, i have tried simulate with static structural too. but i can't setup so that my specimen rotate.
