I need procedure for combustion method of determining carbon content in the bio-digester to now is C:N ration to test performance? Which sample is most preferable solid manure or liquid form?

Dear Zenebe, as an Indian PhD student, I can suggest some of the labs in India, where you can do your CHNS test on payment basis like
1. SAIF, IIT Bombay
2. SAIF, IIT Madras
3. SIC, IIT Indore
4. IMMT, Bhubaneswar
Per sample it will cost 500-600 inr , the sample mostly be in solid and hydrated form.
