Explain "lack of absolutes". What sort of absolutes do you mean? Give an example. (Aren't you yourself presuming absolutes with the suggestion of a deity and its omni-attributes?) As for uniqueness of entities, why isn't that trivial? As Bishop Joseph Butler once said, "Everything is what it is and not another thing."
Karl Pfeifer Hello Dr. and Professor Pfeifer, I really appreciate your criticisms because they challenge both the congruency and coherence of my research. All the answers have to be somewhere(and if all morality boils down to consequentialism then, the source of all answers is the moral arbiter, hence why God only knows the absolutes and humans only have heuristics). I would be honored to debate you, knowing neither of our minds will probably change(inclinations tend to be rather permanent), yet debating you would be both fun and good for my academic career. My morality boils down to natural law(which encompasses moderation and negative utilitarianism, deduced from tradition, then risk analysis and finally from skin in the game).
