In our LC-HRMS analysis for a targeted peptide, we also detect a bunch of unknowns, potentially some with biomarker value. But we need to identify them to get standards and labelled internal standards. No trypsin digestion or reduction or alkylation, pure top down analysis of human serum/plasma. Any suggested web-tool for exact peptide mass search?

I don't know of any web-tool, but in the paper below you can find a list of non digested/top down MALDI-TOF MS mass peaks that are commonly observed in human serum/plasma and which have been identified. It is not LC-HRMS, but perhaps it can give you an idea?
