From the information you provided, it is not clear whether you are aware of the chemical form of Cu, S and NH+ or whether you have conducted any other tests to gain a better understanding on them. If Cu and S are present as inorganic ions, and you know their chemical forms, the following paper might be useful in identifying them using the FTIR spectra. Knowing the exact formula is important here as the peak can change slightly depending on the chemical form.

Although FTIR spectroscopy can be used to confirm the presence of certain inorganic ions, I believe you might want to conduct other qualitative or quantitative tests first on your fibrous material sample. For an example, you can do an Inductively coupled plasma tests (ICP-MS, ICP-OES) or AAS for Cu. X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy (XPS) or Energy Dispersive x-ray Spectroscopy (EDS) are some other quantitative and qualitative tests you can do to identify elements.
