As far as I know it is not really a matter of thermocalc version but the database. In thermocalc there is a separate database for high entropy alloys. Moreover, thermocalc is not free but you may ask thermocalc for free demo.

You can get a test version of Thermo-Calc here if you use the software in an academic environment. Unfortunately the HEA database is not part of the test version.
