It may depend on your expertise, understanding and interest. You can write it on regular topics like capital structure, financial performance analysis, risk/return analysis etc. Apart from these topics, you can try climate finance, merger and acquisition valuation, Capital market anomalies etc. Best wishes.
It depends on your skills and knowledge, if you have a good computer science knowledge and skills you may go for FinTech area, or Financial risk management
