You can conduct a case study of any cosmetic industry giant such as Estee Lauder. This firm has invested in new digital technologies (AI, data analytics, 3D printing) to stay competitive and compete with dozens of smaller but nimble beauty brands that are appealing to younger crowds. Estee Lauder is undergoing a change management process whereby they merge their beauty business with digital innovation. By conducting a case study on this firm, you can develop a mid-level theory of digital-enabled change which involve data scientists, user experience designers and engineers collaborating with other employees in creating customer engagement and doing marketing.

I am doing purely qualitative based research and i m half way now and suddenly my supervisor wants me to change title which seems more doctoral level. Before that my title was

Now i need to change the title to looks more professional phd level. So i am looking for some better suggestion with the old title so i can continue my study with a new title.

I think the interview with the staff about the subject I suggested is deep and attractive!

Employee-focused change management requires high-moral transformative leadership that generate ascending mutual trust spiral that encourages their creative innovation and depends on managerial vulnerable involvement in their deliberations. I agree that case study is the way to study it while it requires longitudinal multi-unit observations by which one can compare variety of managers' involvement strategies.
