Hello community!

I am trying to measure the frequency-dependent noise current of an organic photodiode/photodetector using a lock-in amplifier, just like for example in Figure 4a (inset) in this publication:

Article Organic Photodiodes: The Future of Full Color Detection and ...

Does anyone have any insights on which "time constant" (or bandwidth) one should set at the lock-in amplifier? Should it be kept constant across the entire frequency range (for example at 100 ms) or should it be adapted according to the "oscillator frequency" of the current measurement point?

Thanks!
