Facing recurrent miscarriage is not easy and patients are usually submitted to a vast number of tests aiming to find a cause. As a matter of fact, literature does not support so many tests in the investigation process, and antiphospholipid antibodies (anticardiolipin, lupic anticoagulant/inhibitor and anti-B2-glycoprotein-1) are the only markers accepted by most of guidelines. Which tests do you believe are useful in such cases? What is your routine for recurrent miscarriage investigation?
