I have a button-shaped specimen of diameter 15-20 mm and a thickness of 2-3 mm. I want to perform DSC (Differential Scanning Calorimetry), Dilatometry and mini tensile test. Can I perform all the tests? and are there more tests which can be performed using the above-described sample (I can only perform these experiments in Punjab, Pakistan). Can you help me with this problem?

It would be better if you mentioned the purposes behind your testings.
However i am trying to share some knowledge.
For DSC (Differential Scanning Calorimetry) or DTA (Differential Thermal Analysis), only a minute amount of samples like 8-10 mg is needed. So you do not need to destruct the sample. All you need to cut a small chip from a corner.
For Dilatometry /TMA, the probe size/sample holder size in necessary. In my knowledge some of the modern instruments support samples with diameters upto 10 mm. It is better to contact the focal person of that instrument.
Finally, i am afraid, in my knowledge you can not perform tensile testing.
you can perform hardness test and also metallography by SEM, if it is metallic sample you need not to do coating otherwise platinum or gold coating is needed.As stated earlier tensile is not possible, see if XRD is possible..it can be, XRF is not possible as it needs 40 mm dia sample..

You can conduct following test with yiur samples.
Dsc, TGA, Dielectric const and loss, VSM, XRD and allnkinds of Spectral analysis. Micro Hardness (Shore-D), TEM and SEM, Surface roughness.
But tensile n all not possible i feel.
