MALDI-TOF is used to find out that either the polymer is linear or not then; which experimental technique is used to conform star shape polymer?

It depends. It is possible to check the star shape of a polymer using SEM after sputtering a very thin layer of Au. Sometimes it is better to use AFM. GPCPV technique is another recommendation you may consider. Good luck
