I am not sure about which tags are most feasible and appropriate to be used or any biochemical test can be used to determine the concentration of antibiotics exiting from an organism? if so then which test?
I don't know what you mean by tags, unless you mean radioactivity. Any chemical modification to the antibiotic could alter its pharmacokinetics, so you can't attach anything. In my experience, the concentration of a drug in samples from test subjects (blood, urine, etc.) is normally monitored using liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry. One could also use an immunoassay (e.g. ELISA) if suitable antibodies are available.
