If I incross a fish that are heterozygous for Channelrhodopspin, there be 25% of the fishes that will be homozygous for the Channelrhodopspin. My supervisor told this can give a huge problems. I tried to have a look at the literature but it was unsuccessful. May be I am missing a key factor. I don't think it has to do with Inbreeding depression.
