I am preparing a paper on the effects of different forms of VOM in the Netherlands; so far i only came across the report of Shapland and colleagues (2007) in the UK that compared face-to-face with indirect forms of mediation.
Does anyone know other studies / papers that compare the effects of direct versus indirect forms of VOM?

You will find some scattered elements in several articles of the book, and especially p. 99-108 about the way people declare having been submitted to sexual violence, in relation with the interviewing method.
