To consider the problem in detail: In order to support the loads of a glass floor above these beams, and also carrying the loads of the hanging mezzanine below, a set of steel beams has been designed (MPG1-MPG1A-MPG2-MPG2A, which are depicted in the attached files). As far as this concept has become too heavy (for example MPG1, composed of steel plates, has a height of 2.5 meters. I strongly appreciate the alternative suggested concepts.

Had you tried with trusses or better with 3D trusses using tubes or HSS sections?
First I tried with 2D trusses, but it was just a simple etude and that concept wasn't satisfying. Also the trusses hadn't much advantages over the present concept. I'm looking for a decent shape for the whole floor system. I mean, it seems that a set of beams which are connected in a proper way would give a better force distribution, so that a lighter system would be achieved.
The whole floor may be designed as a spatial structure as the unsupported area expands to 39.3m X 44.8m and upper glass floor and hanging mezzanine floors can be conveniently supported wherever required to the proposed steel spatial structure in a double curvatured synclastic shell of Dome/Elliptic Paraboloid to reduce the weight of structure. However, heights cant be avoided but can be built into system.

Unfortunately our architecture group is against spatial structures or any curved surfaces. But, that's a decent solution. Could you please introduce some sources for spatial structures corresponding to this concept.
