I have 3 groups; one control, and two treatment group where n=3/group. glucose tolerance test was conducted where blood from each animal in their respective groups was taken continuously for 2 hours in 0min, 15 min, 30 min, 60 min and 120 min intervals, to measure glucose level.
The question is which statistical test is appropriate to analyze the statistical difference between groups. I guess ONE WAY ANOVA (Correct me if I am wrong).
Kindly guide me step-wise for complete analysis for this experimentation.

The basic design sounds like a one-between (group; 3 levels), one-within (measurement time: 5 levels) subjects anova design. The measurement time is a repeated measures dimension. The next level of complexity would be to change measurement time to 4 levels, and use the 0 minutes measurement as a covariate (to adjust for randomly occurring differences among the groups), if it made sense to do so.
If you didn't care about time as a dimension, you could average the five measurements together, and treat that as a single value, and run a one-way anova. Of course, with 3 cases per group, this won't be a very powerful test unless the differences are very strong among groups.

Thank you for your suggestions. Let me put forward some more queries which I want to mention for the analysis. I want to have a comparison in blood glucose level at each time point in all the 3 different groups.
Hello Verma. Please kindly specify the sample size for each group and how you obtained them becuase you said you have n=3/group and the time intervals are 0 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 60 minutes and 120 minutes which seems like you have n=5/group.

Blood is withdrawn from the same animal over a different time interval that means each animal is going through multiple round of sample collection.
