For my current project I have 1 independent variable (intervention) and 3 dependent variables. I want to assess dependent variables before and after intervention(pretest-posttest).
I also want to see if there is any interaction among 3 dependent variables.

Well you have given almost no information but I would start with multivariate multiple regression. Start with this link:

If the 3 dependent measures are on the same scale, you could add a third within (repeated measures) factor, next to the between factor (intervention) and the other within factor (pre/post). Otherwise, I do not know how to test for the interaction, except running 3 repeated measures ANOVAs and see if the 3 yield the same results or not.
