Hi Souhaira,

Best to access and read all suggested here; and much more from the literature. But I particullarly suggest either that you do not be so much specific in the first moment. S2A and S2B VNIR + SWIR bands could be first analyzed and after that you could choose those ones that best fit your analytical, territorial and temporal (dry, wet or both seasons) objectives. We remember either that Sentinel 1 data may help in some instances.
