I think it will be more appropriate to list the minerals you want to test, and then look for protocols, and necessary equipment for the same!

Please...See your equipment manual and then you can assess whether you can do with the equipment.

I looked on the internet and it took me to your question.  That is I found nothing to suggest that this equipment can be used for soil analysis. That is not to say it is impossible.  How does the equipment work?

Thanks to all of you people for help. I sent an email to Merck Millipore Tech Ser. and got the answer of my this question. Merck  provides five items for soil analysis (Nitrate,pH,Ammonium,Phosphate,Potassium) using RQflex 10.
