I'm interested to study TEC derived using GPS data. Please suggest me which software will be provide accurate TEC and if possible please provide me the corresponding tutorial.
For absolute vertical TEC I know 3 free software: ours TayAbsTEC (http://www.gnss-lab.org/tay-abs-tec.html), the software made by Gopi Seemala (http://seemala.blogspot.ru/), and those by Feza Arikan (www.ionolab.org/).
All the softwares (including Bernese) have their problems and pecularities. As I understand nobody can say which is better for certain conditions.
if you have a some programmer skills, i recommend you gpstk (gps toolkit) source code library. using gpstk routines you able to solve a lot of GNSS- related tasks.
