Have a nice day. I am planning to start my new project on Big Data Analytics in Healthcare. I am not from from Computer Science Background. I am just little bit confuse, which software uses is easier for beginners as non computer science background.

IBM has a very interesting, free Cloud Lite account with all necessary software configured for a range of requirements (IoT, Big Data Analytics, AI, ect). It has a short learning curve and could be very interesting in your context: https://www.ibm.com/cloud/lite-account
Well if you want to learn programming, Python is really easy even for people not from Computer science background. Otherwise, you can try Tableau. There are some free short courses in LinkedIn and so many more complete courses on other online platforms/MOOCs like Coursera.
Tableau is not a big data analytic software, it's a BI/Reporting software, but i agree it's very user-friendly.
Big data you try Hadoop. for small data sets you can use Rapid Miner or R tool
There are a number of tools available for Big Data Analytics. But I think Hadoop would be the best option for you.
