Any software recommendation to use project management tools for the implementation of Energy/Electricity saving projects which may be also helpful for ESCOS (energy saving companies )
the selection of project management tools depends more on the project complexity and on your selected project management methodology than on the field.
I'd guess your project management methodology would be critical path or something like that. You may then use a simple pencil and paper (or rather sticky notes on the wall) for projects of low complexity through critical path management software (such as ProjectLibre - free, or MS-Project - commercial) to high end solutions like Primavera.
Again I'd guess you might be able to manage and present your projects with something akin ProjectLibre (Mac, Windows, Linux, http://www.projectlibre.com/product/projectlibre-open-source) or Gantt Project (Mac only).
Thank you for the kind suggestions ,I will start with ProjectLibre my methodology is critical path as well as I need to see if I can give a tracking pattern to avoid any clashes during the implementation phase or any change in the technique without increasing the total implementation time .
Then ProjectLibre seems to be reasonable choice. Pretty straightforward if you just work with tasks and Gantt. A bit more tricky when working with resources and assignements, please check the manual and on-line tutorials to do this right.
