I used SCAPS software for modeling and analyzing the performance of a solar cell. For the modeling of tandem solar cells, more than seven layers exclusive of back and front contacts are required. In SCAPS it's not possible to model these devices. I need your suggestions about the software used for modeling tandem solar cells.

Other than AMPS-1D there is any software the modeling of tandem solar cells?

You can use Lumerical and Comsol Softwares but they are not free.
Amps, Wx_Amps and Scaps are free.
