There are many Softwares for circuit simulations. If there is now any specific consideration, which one do you suggest to young electrical engineers or students to learn and work with? And why?
For free software and basic electrical circuits simulations, I would recommend LTSPICE: https://www.analog.com/en/design-center/design-tools-and-calculators/ltspice-simulator.html
It is easy!
There is also TINA: https://www.ti.com/tool/TINA-TI
As the world becomes additional and additional virtual and package is replacement hardware, PCB design software free download for windows 10 64 bit electrical and physical science engineers try to ride identical bandwagon with their tool of alternative, PCB (Printed Circuit Board) style package.
Micro-Cap!!! At Emerson we paid $4,000 for every Micro-Cap program! There are no other electronic SPICE modeling programs even close to Micro-Cap capability. Andy Thompson, owner of Spectrum Software, has retired. He is making Micro-Cap free => http://www.spectrum-soft.com/index.shtm => Download.
In addition, Micro-Cap does worst case analysis --- changing the tolerances of components, changing the temperature, etc. And it is easy to use. I have used Micro-Cap for all of my electronic designs since 2001. When I tested prototypes, it worked exactly as the model predicted. The websites --- https://NDAcademy.FoxPing.com/ --- 2.8 Electronic Cascade RC Filters --- and --- 7.2 Electronic SPICE Models --- provide examples.
