For PCA, I think R studio is the most recommended tool because it allows to plot the parameters with their contribution and gives detailed figures. The same for PLS-DA and OPLS-DA. Otherwise SIMCA software is very easy to use and also gives very interesting figures.

I recommend using both software: MATLAB and R studio

I would recommend Past for PCA. It is simple software (Do not require installation) and easy to use. However, R studio might be the best if you are familiar with running code lines. Both are freeware.
