Which simulator is better for WSN: cooja or qualnet?

When I tried to energy minimization my system, I got fatal error as below. Fatal error: Atomtype opls_116 not found Although I've already added this line: ; include water #include "oplsaa.ff/spc.itp" to [molecultype] directive in my topology.

I would also recommend using Omnet++. It is a powerful tool, with a great support for post-processing analysis and good documentation, all available for free.

Qualnet you can do simulation and emulation. Physical interference we can do. Upper layer(Layer 3 after) application oriented supporting good.but most of them contributions mostly in basic three layers(up to network layer) NS 2 and Omnet++ tool enough its open source also.
