I hope this email finds you well. I wanna investigate the influence of a TM-relaxing drug on the resistance cells' contraction in the nanoscale through molecular dynamics. To do so, I need to dock the drug on a contraction-responsible sequence of TM cells. However, I am not sure which sequences of TM cells should I choose. If you have any experience in this regard, I will be thankful if you help me.
