Most teachers love to teach in the kindergarten or lower primary whiles others prefer to teach in the secondary or tertiary level despite their qualification. which of this two levels is more difficult to teach?
Teaching is rough and tough profession. At every step teachers have to work hard. Teachers have to work 36 hours out of 24 hours, my opinion. So by thinking which age groups demand more from teachers, is wrong. Every students ranging from kindergarten to PhD want teachers attention. But one thing that teachers may use to minimize classroom problems is the use of Bloom's Taxonomy. If teachers plan out their objectives according to teaching domains, chalk out their activities according to students mental and age level, assess students by applying different tests and assign home task according to its difficulty level, I am sure teacher will not suffer at all. Due to individual differences, all students have their own pace of learning so teachers should utilize different teaching methods and techniques to engage them in learning process.
