Only XRD analysis - it will be hard to find a SCI journal of above 0.5 impact factor unless you have a very, very detailed analysis of the sample. Please include at least morphological analysis using TEM, FE-SEM or even comparative studies using XPS and XRD.
By using your article title and the abstract you can get the suitable journal of you research work. This link gives you the opportunity to choose the suitable and adequate journal.
I had an experience with Superlattices and microstructures Journal belongs to ElSevier, it has an impact factor 2.092. I published one article concerns to XRD studies.
As other researchers say, it is difficult to advise you where to publish your research if we do not have the paper itself to read it. Besides, if you have only XRD data of your silver nanoparticle it will not be publish. You need to include more morphological and chemical properties of your material. Also, you need to have a sound application of the nanomaterial. If you meet these requirements you may send your paper to surface science, materials letters, journal of nanotechnology, nanoworld journal.
Dear Ajeet, of course there are plenty journals to publish papers related to nanotechnology. However, this paper, in particular, could not be published in most ot the given journals.
