I want to study the influence of technology as independent variable on two dependent variables, employees' productivity and cultural diversity.
Please suggest what kind of reserach methodolgy would be most suitable for it? Is contingency theory is the right selection? How do I make the research model? Also, should there be only two hypothesis to study the relationship of each dependent variable with independent one or third hypothesis should be included to study collective impact on both dependent variables? Kindly, address these ambiguities. If there are some flaws you identify in my proposed research concept, please provide constructive feedback by offering clear solutions.

Yes i read papers where cultral diversity and employees's productivty are analysed separately in relation with digital transformation. I want to include both in one. Suggestions regarding thoeratical framework and research methodology are what I am looking for.

1) How do you intend to measure (describe) technology as an independent variable (ordinal, nominal etc.)?
2) Do you have any working hypothesis about the possible relationship -- this will determine your research methodology.

I can't help you to choose methodology that you can use a while your research problem is not clear until now.
So, you have a look at a short steps as namely:
Firstly, you have to read much more previous studies that related with your research .
Secondly, Based on solid literature review , you can determine what are your problem statement , objectives, and questions of the study.
then you can make hypothesis based on your objectives , and questions.
After these steps, you can select which methodology will be suitable to your research.
My advice to you , No NEED TO TAKE TWO DEPENDENT VARIABLES FOR MANY REASONS.
