Which requirements are necessary to generate Carbon Nanotube - NMP slurries for battery applications?

I like to start working in dispersions of carbon nanotubes in NMP for battery applications. Talking to different people, things like NMP-water updtake and dry-room requirements were mentioned. I am looking for somebody who already did this type of work and who could give me some advice how to start this endeavour without missing the important points.

If the aim is 'buckypaper' type of electrodes.. keep a watch on porosity.. buckypapers with high porosity tend to expand considerably (2x or more) in alkali metal-air batteries..
