We would like to buy a pump for packing capillary columns (PEEKSil tubing from 75um - 200 um ID). Currently we are using a packer unit but pressure we can apply is not enough to get good separation and consistency between columns.
Could you recommend me any brand or model?

What packer unit are you using at the moment to pack your capillary columns? Personally, I have some good experience with the so-called 'pressure bomb' from Proxeon and I think some other manufacturers are selling these types of devices too.
In order to obtain consistent columns (which can be a challenge), the slurry of column material is also important: the concentration should be kept as constant as possible to obtain a well-packed column. I used to use light microscopy to check the build up of the column material inside the capillary, which proved to be really insightful..

many thanks for your prompt response. I'm using a SP-400, NanoBaume working at up to 5000 psi connected to an HPLC pump. May I know what pressure do you use?
I suppose you use silica capillaries and you can check them under the microscope. In my case PEEKsil capillaries are not transparent so I need to test the column in the LC to quality of the packing. my capillaries does not have the tip I connect them like a normal HPLC column.
I will check the 'pressure bomb' from Proxeon.
