How to make chloride , carboxylic acid or acid chloride derivative starting by dihydroxyanthraquinone?

I am trying to make chloride , carboxylic acid or acid chloride derivative starting by dihydroxyanthraquinone. First, I tried to convert hydroxyl moieties to chloride, but it seems the reaction does not happens due to two different phases of reactants. My ultimate goal is to prepare acid chloride out of dihydroxyl.
