According to literature, active brazing and diffusion bonding are the most reliable methods for joining of metals to ceramics. But in the case of joining of Al to Alumina there are two problems:
1.In active brazing method, the brazing temperature is usually higher than 700 degree Celcius. therefore this method is not applicable for Al.
2.Sufficient information about diffusion bonding of Al to Alumina is not available.
Have you looked at some low melting metallic-glass foils? They have relatively low melting points but upon brazing and recrystallization result in material microstructures that do not melt at low temperatures anymore. These can be obtained as 1-5 micrometer thick foils and have a variety of compositions. Allied-Signal (METGLAS Corp) makes a number of different foils.
These are widely used and we have used such foils to join Stainless Steel 316L to MoSi2 in our Laboratory.

To wetting of ceramic by molten filler the brazing temperature should be higher than 700-800 degree Celcius.

Not necessarily. The brazing foil softens significantly (it has a low glass transition temp in the 350-400 C range depending on composition) and if you apply light pressure you can get a good joint.
