Which parameters should I take into consideration to choose between LV and VSV for neutralization assays?

Hello everyone,

I am going to achieve neutralization assays on HEK293 cells with pseudoviruses. According to my litterature review, lentiviruses and VSV are the most popular used pseudoviruses but I do not know which one to choose for my assays. Please, let me know the advantages, inconvenients, and your advice to make my choice.
